Reduces stiffness

REDUCES MORNING STIFFNESS & PAIN I have rheumatoid arthritis affecting various joints, particularly my wrists and lower back. I came across articles on medicinal approaches for RA pain relief, including Pantothenic Acid. After taking one capsule daily with dinner for a few days, I've noticed a significant reduction in morning stiffness and pain. I used to feel stiff after sitting for a while, but that has improved! This natural method aids my RA, especially in my wrists, though it’s not a complete solution. For more insight, check my reviews, including Doctor’s Best "Curcumin C3 Complex", Now “Opti-Zinc”, and Now “EGCg-Green Tea”.

God bless you! I'm unsure about the dosage: one pill is said to be enough, yet YouTube suggests four per day. I found one pill suffices for me, as the dose is potent; I take it every three days. It completely alleviated my period pain and also improved my acne and reduced sweat odour.

Reduces inflammation

The quality is excellent, and the ingredients are top-notch. Even after 12 years, this product remains beneficial. The antioxidant properties seem to enhance overall health, including joint function, and it benefits skin, hair, and nails. The taste is neutral and easy to consume. I highly recommend it, as it alleviates pain and supports cognitive health.

Soothes bone pain

Pantothenic acid is known to reduce plasma cholesterol. A friend reported it alleviated his burning feet, while another stated it eased her bone pains. It is recognised for its efficacy in treating acne and speeding up wound healing. It seems to hold promise for relieving pain from rheumatoid arthritis as well, working in conjunction with Vitamin B1, B2, and niacinamide.

Effective for symptoms
4 people found this helpful
I started taking Pantothenic Acid to alleviate withdrawal symptoms related to fibromyalgia and to combat adrenal fatigue after stopping benzodiazepines for depression. Before I began, I found even minor stress overwhelming, but since then, that reaction has diminished. It also aids lipid metabolism, significantly reducing wet hands caused by stress. However, excess intake can lead to dryness, and I feel it's effective for adrenal fatigue.

Acne relief
I bought this vitamin to combat cystic acne, which causes painful cysts beneath the skin lasting weeks. This condition pinches nerves, leading to numbness and severe pain. Now, I take two capsules of Pantothenic Acid daily, and my cysts have nearly vanished.

Joint pain relief
I take this with pantestin and celery seeds, alongside cherry, to address uric acid levels. It's hard to determine which supplement contributes most to my relief, but I definitely feel a decrease in the pain within my toe joints. I take 1 capsule twice daily.
